Profiling ‘the fraudster’
In collaboration with Absa, the University of South Africa (UNISA) and the Department of Correctional Services (DCS), we researched and developed South Africa’s standard profile of ‘the fraudster.’ To this day, this profile significantly contributes to the fight against fraud and financial crime in the country.
Screening recruits for the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC)
We were honoured to effectively conduct integrity assessments on the first recruits of the IEC in 1996. Subsequently, we continued to render services to them over the years, and due to an impeccable track record (humbly said), the IEC remains a client of EmployInsight up to this day.

We boast about conducting Integrity assessments at the three biggest South African Banks- Absa, First National Bank and Standard Bank, collectively over 15 years.

Launching a technology platform and database for pre-employment screening
Launching a new technology platform and database, INSIGHTS, for pre- and post- employment background screening in 2020. Our new web-based system was purposefully designed, to assist clients to apply a systematic and consistent process to mitigate human risk and ultimately mitigate corruption, fraud, and theft.
