Background Screening
We offer a technology platform and database, our INSIGHTS System, for pre and post-employment background screening. Our new web-based system assists clients in applying a systematic and consistent process to mitigate human risk and reduce corruption, fraud, and theft.
Insights displays the results of the electronically requested submissions. Insights also communicates between the user and admin, ensuring a clear audit trail.
We don’t rely on email.

The, Insights System, has been developed over time to cater for our client’s needs. It also streamlines our vetting process. It’s a platform designed to meet legislative requirements.
Insight’s system design principles:

Data Integrity
Data integrity is paramount, and we continuously seek better data sources or brokers to provide an improved product, while retaining data security and integrity for the client. Due to the volume of instructions we handle daily, we have some negotiation leverage and price preference at some providers. A variety of agreements are in place to protect your data.
